6. Your content and conduct
You keep ownership of what you post (profiles, listings, résumés, messages, ratings). You give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, and process it as needed to run and promote the platform — for example, showing a public vacancy on the job board, in search engines and on social media. The licence ends when the content is deleted, except where we must keep records (see the Privacy Policy).
You must not:
- post a vacancy, project or request that is fake, misleading, unlawful, discriminatory, or not genuinely open;
- ask a job seeker to pay a fee to apply, to be hired, or for training or placement that is a condition of the job;
- post content that is abusive, harassing, sexual, hateful, or that infringes someone else's rights;
- use contact details, résumés or candidate information for anything other than the hiring or project they were shared for — including marketing, reselling or building your own database;
- move a hire or project off the platform to avoid a commission that would otherwise be due;
- leave ratings about people you have not dealt with, or ratings in exchange for anything;
- scrape, harvest or bulk-download data, probe or disrupt the platform, get around rate limits, bot checks or plan limits, or access accounts or data that are not yours;
- upload malware, or submit forged documents or payment slips.
