Subscription
Monthly or yearly, per account
Four tiers for each kind of account, because what an agency needs from a plan and what a job seeker needs are not the same thing. Tiers govern how much you can post, how many contacts you can reveal, and whether a verified badge shows on your profile.
Commission
Per completed placement
When a hire or a project completes through the platform, prostaff invoices a commission on the agreed value. Both sides confirm the placement before anything is billed.
Promotion
Per listing
Pay to feature a vacancy or a gig so it sits above the rest of the board. Optional, and separate from your plan.
Unlocks
One-off
Buy contact reveals or extra candidate slots without moving up a tier. Useful if you hire twice a year rather than every month.
Paying
Built for how Maldivian businesses actually pay
Stripe does not serve Maldives-registered companies, so prostaff does not pretend otherwise. You transfer to a BML or MIB account using a reference code the platform gives you, upload the slip, and an operator confirms it. Gateway payments come later, behind the same screens.
