How it works
Four steps, and a person reads your documents at the second one.
Verification is the step that makes the rest of it worth trusting, so it is not automated and it is not instant.
01
Create the account that matches what you do
Seven kinds of account, because a job seeker, an agency, and a firm need different things. The kind you pick decides what you see and what the platform asks of you.
02
Get verified
Send an ID or your business registration. A person at prostaff reads it and decides. Verification is what opens the parts of the platform that involve other people's personal data.
03
Hire, apply, submit, or bid
Employers post vacancies, workforce requests, and projects. Job seekers apply. Agencies submit candidates. Professionals and firms bid.
04
Settle up by bank transfer
Pick a plan, transfer to the account shown, upload the slip. An operator checks it against the reference and your tier goes live.
The rules underneath
What the platform will and will not do with what you give it.
Job seeker profiles are not a public directory
They are visible to employer accounts and platform staff. The rule is enforced on the server, on every query, not hidden in the interface.
Documents are never public
Resumes, IDs, and payment slips live in private storage. Links to them are minted per request, expire in minutes, and every one issued is recorded.
Contact details are released, not published
Phone and WhatsApp never appear in a response until someone with an entitlement unlocks them, and the unlock is written down in the same breath.
Verification is done by a person
An operator compares the documents against the account. Paying for a plan does not make you verified, and being verified is not something you can buy.
